Customers are responsible for ordering the correct quantity. We recommend purchasing an additional 5–15% for cuts and waste.

2. Order Inspection & Acceptance

Customers must inspect all materials upon delivery or pickup.

• Any damage, defects, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours

• Do not install damaged or incorrect materials

Once flooring is installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or claimed as defective.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD

• Sales tax is applied per Florida law

• Full payment is required before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may only be changed or canceled before processing or shipment

• Special orders and bulk orders cannot be canceled once placed

• Improper installation may void manufacturer warranties
